Full Refund Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your box, provided that:

The items are returned to us in their original condition

You contact us to request a return authorization and shipping instructions

We will provide you with the return shipping address.

Ship the item(s) back to us securely, using a trackable method.

Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or an error was made in the original order.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your box arrives with:

Damaged non-consumable items

Missing items

To be eligible for a refund in such cases, you must provide:

A continuous, unedited video that clearly shows:

The unopened shipping package

The full unboxing process

The damaged or missing item(s)

Photos alone are not accepted for damage claims.

Upon successful review, a full or partial refund will be issued depending on the situation.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be issued in the following cases:

Products returned after 14 days from delivery

Items that have been opened, used, consumed, or are no longer in their original condition

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered to an EU country, you are entitled to cancel or return non-perishable, unopened, and unused items within 14 days of delivery, under EU consumer protection law.
