What’s inside the box?

Each box includes a selection of Georgian sweets like churchkhela, sauces, snacks, spices, and a surprise cultural item. The contents rotate seasonally to keep things fresh.

Can I customize my box?

Yes, you absolutely can! Head over to our Snack Shop section and pick your favorite items. We’ll pack them into a personalized gift box just for you. Perfect for corporate gifts, birthdays, or creating your own taste of Georgia.

Do you offer corporate or bulk orders?

Yes. We offer bulk pricing and custom options for companies, events, or gifting. Contact us through our Corporate Gifts page.

Is everything safe to eat?

Absolutely. All food items are sealed, labeled, and sourced from certified Georgian producers who meet international food safety standards.

How should I store the food?

Most items are shelf-stable. We recommend keeping them in a cool, dry place. If refrigeration is needed, we’ll let you know in the box.

Do your products contain allergens?

Some products may contain or come into contact with nuts, dairy, gluten, sesame, or other common allergens. If you have allergies, we recommend reaching out before placing an order so we can guide you accordingly.

Can I send this as a gift?

Absolutely. Sweet Supra boxes make great gifts. Just place the order with the recipient’s shipping info and we’ll take care of the rest. You can also include a custom gift note and Design.

Shipping & Billing

Where do you ship?

We currently ship worldwide, with a few exceptions. Shipping options and delivery times depend on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, country, and local customs process.

Estimated delivery timeframes:

Georgia (local): 2–6 business days

Europe / UK / Middle East: 9 –25 business days

USA & North America: 10–23 business days

Rest of World: 12–32 business days

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We always aim to keep it as affordable as possible.

My box was shipped to the wrong address, what do I do?

If the wrong address was entered during checkout, unfortunately we’re not responsible for the delivery. But if it was a mistake on our end or the shipping company’s, reach out to us, and we’ll make it right.

My box was marked as delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What do I do?

Double-check around your delivery location and ask neighbors or building staff. If it’s still missing, contact us, we’ll look into it with the shipping company and do our best to sort it out.

I tracked my box but it hasn't moved. What should I do?

Sometimes tracking updates get delayed. If your box hasn’t moved for several days, reach out to us. If it turns out your package is lost, we’ll send you a replacement.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Yes. If you're not happy with your box, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll offer a refund or replacement. Just send back any unopened items. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Are there any items that cannot be imported into my country?

Import laws differ by country, so we always recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

If we are certain that a specific item cannot be imported into your country, we simply won’t send it. In such cases, we’ll either replace it with a suitable alternative or issue a partial refund or discount.

However, some customs rules can be unclear or subject to interpretation by local authorities. If we ship your order based on available information and customs later reject it, Sweet Supra cannot take full responsibility for those import restrictions or their consequences.

Do I have to pay import taxes or handle customs paperwork?

It depends on your country’s regulations.

If your local authorities allow us to handle customs clearance and taxes in advance, we’ll gladly do it for you and include those costs in your total payment at checkout.

However, in some regions, import duties or customs fees must be paid directly by the customer upon arrival. In those cases, you’ll be responsible for completing any required customs process or payments.

The good news is that most Sweet Supra boxes are low-value gift shipments, so in many countries, they pass through customs without any additional taxes or paperwork.
